1. Return Conditions
Return Window:
You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition Requirements:
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear or missing components cannot be accepted.
Items That Cannot Be Returned:

2. How to Return an Item
Step 1: Get in Touch
Send an email to [email protected] or use the return request form on our website. Include your order number and a brief explanation for your return.
Step 2: Receive Instructions
We’ll review your request and send a Return Authorization Code along with shipping instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Repackage your item using the original packaging if possible. Be sure to include your return code inside the package, and send it to the address provided.
Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or in error. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to prevent lost packages.
3. Refund Details
What to Expect:
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll process a refund back to your original payment method.
Processing Time:
Refunds are typically completed within 3 to 15 business days after we receive your return. Some banks or credit card companies may take longer to reflect the funds in your account.
Partial Refunds:
If returned items do not meet our return policy conditions—such as being worn, used, or missing parts—a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
